Sat Nam Rasayan is the ancient meditative healing technique of Kundalini Yoga. The instrument for healing in Sat Nam Rasayan is an aspect of transcendent awareness, a limitless state which enables the practitioner to heal with his ability to sense and emerge into a certain state of consciousness. It`s a unique technique to relax the body and to regain vital strength and vitality. Sat Nam Rasayan is a simple way into the meditative state of Shuniya, which allows the contemplation of thoughts, feelings and sensations.

SNR Level 2 tests might be possible on the adjacent days.

Sadhu Singh is the main teacher of the Sat Nam Rasayan school and the one who takes the Level 2 examens.
The courses with Sadhu Singh are open to everybody.
