„Japa“ means repetition. A Japa retreat provides a deep meditative experience that takes your practice to a new level. The „Kundalini Surjhee“ is a shabad written in honour of Guru Ram Das. A recitation of this Shabad for 11.000 times gives understanding and experience of the flow of the Kundalini Energy. It provides rejuvenation to the internal system by harmonising and tuning the organs.
To participate in this event you must have a strong discipline and experience of regular meditation. Admission is reserved. This Japa is open to participants with previous meditation experience. It is not a requirement to have participated in a Japa before, if you have completed the Sat Nam Rasayan Level 1 training.
This retreat is a deep blessing and opportunity for everyone who wants to take the yoga and meditation practice to a new level of depth and perfection. This year the group will be small and cozy, as we meet for the first time after so many years of online meditation.
