The instrument for healing in Sat Nam Rasayan is an aspect of transcendent awareness, a limitless state which enables the practitioner to heal with his ability to sense and emerge into a certain state of consciousness. It`s a unique technique to relax the body and to regain vital strength and vitality. Sat Nam Rasayan is a simple way into the meditative state of Shuniya, which allows the contemplation of thoughts, feelings and sensations.
